To ensure a calm and focused environment, no additional guests are allowed during your appointment — this includes children.

Deposits:

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
• No call / no shows will result in full payment being charged.

Late Arrivals:

Please call 301-806-8259 if you’re running behind. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule at the discretion of Stylist.
